DETROIT — The U.S. Justice Division and state of California have ended investigations into Ford’s fuel mileage and emissions certification processes.
Ford says in its annual report filed with the Securities and Alternate Fee on Friday that the DOJ and the California Air Assets Board advised the corporate they do not intend to take additional motion.
However the submitting says probes by the U.S. Environmental Safety Company and its Canadian counterpart are persevering with.
