Pickkup, a logistics startup centered on mid-mile and last-mile supply options, has raised $500K in its seed spherical. The spherical was led by We Founder Circle (WFC), with participation from angel traders throughout India, Australia, and the US.

The funding will assist the corporate’s plans to broaden its electrical car (EV) fleet, strengthen its group, and put money into superior expertise to enhance logistics effectivity. Pickkup goals to decarbonise the sunshine industrial car (LCV) supply phase, leveraging electrical automobiles to scale back environmental influence.

Sustainability

Ankush Sharma, co-Founder and CEO of Pickkup, said that the funding would assist optimise fleet utilisation and guarantee electrical automobiles are operational for as many hours as attainable every day. “With this funding, we intention to maximise the operational capability of our EVs, which is vital to enhancing each effectivity and affordability,” he stated.

The corporate’s objective is to construct a sustainable, tech-driven logistics ecosystem, lowering carbon emissions in an more and more eco-conscious trade.

Neeraj Tyagi, co-Founder and CEO of We Founder Circle, highlighted Pickkup’s potential in reshaping the logistics sector with its deal with sustainability and operational effectivity. WFC has beforehand backed profitable ventures within the logistics sector, together with Zypp Electrical, Evify, and Traqo.

Pickkup, based in Chandigarh by Ankush Sharma, Chandra Shekhar, and Upma Sharma, is dedicated to utilizing a completely electrical fleet to boost supply effectivity and assist decarbonisation efforts in logistics.
