Upshur County grand jury indicts 33 individuals | News, Sports, Jobs

BUCKHANNON — A complete of 33 people had been indicted by an Upshur County Grand Jury this week, on prices together with tried homicide, housebreaking, assault and little one neglect.

David Paul Anderson, 26, of Diana, was indicted for strangulation, a felony, three counts.

Victor Neil Casada, Jr., 40, of Buckhannon, was indicted for supply of a managed substance, methamphetamine, and conspiracy to commit a felony violation of Chapter 60A, Article 4, part 401 of the W.Va. Code, each felonies.

David Bradley Casto, 19, of Buckhannon, was indicted for housebreaking, a felony; and destruction of property, home battery, battery and two counts of assault, all misdemeanors.

Shaotong Chen, 22, of New York Metropolis, N.Y., was indicted for tried monetary exploitation of an aged particular person; tried fraudulent scheme; and donspiracy, all felonies.
