Police in a Suffolk city seized two automobiles in separate incidents and issued Visitors Offence Reviews.
A spokesperson for Haverhill Police on social media stated that they had seen a car that was being pushed ‘poorly’ and the motive force was discovered to have a provisional licence with out displaying ‘L’ plates.
That they had no supervisor or insurance coverage.
