Zoho Corp founder Sridhar Vembu has invested in Thanjavur-based drone-tech startup Yali Aerospace. The funding sum has not been disclosed.
Yali Aerospace, based by Dinesh Baluraj and his spouse Anugraha, has constructed a set wing drone specializing in delivering medicines and organs transportation, surveillance and logistics.
These vertical take-off and touchdown drones have a variety as much as 150 km, with a payload of as much as seven kg. They fly on the most pace of 155 km per hour.
Dinesh, who watched a mom grieving from the unintended deaths of her kids, began constructing drones for bettering healthcare amenities in rural India, in accordance with the corporate’s web site.
Saying his funding on X, Sridhar stated the founding couple returned from the Netherlands to their hometown of Thanjavur to begin the corporate.
