MARTINSBURG – Berkeley County’s grand jury handed down an inventory of indictments for 99 folks charged with felonies inside the county. The grand jury’s deliberations ran Feb. 20-23.
Indictments included:
• Jaclyn Brook Kees, 31, of Inwood, was charged with possession with intent to distribute cocaine, conspiracy to possession with intent to distribute cocaine, possession with intent to distribute fentanyl, conspiracy to possession with intent to distribute fentanyl, possession with intent to distribute heroin, conspiracy to possession with intent to distribute heroin, possession with intent to distribute tramadol, conspiracy to possession with intent to distribute tramadol, possession with intent to distribute marijuana and conspiracy to possession with intent to distribute marijuana.
• Cierra Nicole Kelley, 21, of Martinsburg, was charged with two counts of distribution of fentanyl and two counts of distribution of cocaine base.
• Jaydon Charles Kham, 23, of Whitehall, Pennsylvania, was charged with two counts of gross baby neglect creating substantial danger of great bodily harm, three counts of wanton endangerment, two counts of use of a firearm in the course of the fee of a felony, brandishing a lethal weapon, obstructing an officer and offering false data to regulation enforcement officer.
• Ein Chase Kidrick, 30, of Shepherdstown, was charged with Ppossession with intent to ship oxycodone, possession with intent to distribute cocaine base, possession with intent to distribute fentanyl, possession with intent to ship methamphetamine and driving suspended third offense.
• Dakota Phillip Kilmer, 26, of Martinsburg, was charged with felony transferring stolen property and fleeing from regulation enforcement officer by means aside from use of car.
• Joseph Michael King, 42, of Sandstone, Virginia, was charged with three counts of sexual assault within the 1st diploma and three counts of sexual abuse by a mother or father, guardian, custodian or individual able of belief.
• Future Marie Kneram, 24, of Martinsburg, was charged with transferring a firearm to a prohibited individual, conspiracy to commit transferring of a firearm to a prohibited individual, solicitation of unlawful firearms switch and conspiracy to commit solicitation of unlawful firearms switch.
• Beth Ann Lasure, 64, of Martinsburg, was charged with third offense for driving drunk, two counts of DUI leading to severe bodily harm, driving whereas license revoked for DUI 2nd offense, improper use of car registration and no insurance coverage on automobile.
• Alexander Destefano Leland, 24, of Martinsburg, was charged with felony animal cruelty.
• Jordan Mychael Lewis, 34, of Aldie, Virginia, was charged with possession with intent to ship methamphetamine, conspiracy to possession with intent to ship methamphetamine, possession with intent to ship fentanyl and conspiracy to possession with intent to ship fentanyl.
• Aaron Curtis Lewis, 40, of Martinsburg, was charged with possession with intent to ship cocaine.
• Mark Anthony Lockhart, 64, of Martinsburg, was charged with wanton endangerment, taking pictures inside 500 ft of a dwelling home and use of a firearm in the course of the fee of a felony.
• Jonathan Felipe Lopez, a/okay/a “Loko”, 20, of Martinsburg, was charged with fleeing from a regulation enforcement officer with reckless indifference.
• Christine Elaine Martin, 53, of Martinsburg, was charged with gross baby neglect creating substantial danger of great bodily harm, violation of protecting order and conspiracy to commit violation of protecting order.
• Christine Elaine Martin was charged with three counts of transporting a managed substance into the state, three counts of conspiracy to commit transporting a managed substance into the state, possession with intent to ship fentanyl, possession with intent to ship cocaine, possession with intent to supply xylazine and three counts of conspiracy to ship managed substances.
• Justin Allen Martin, 36, of Martinsburg, was charged with violation of protecting order and conspiracy to commit violation of protecting order.
• Justin Allen Martin was charged with intimidation of a state witness.
• Jorge William Mendoza, 30, of Martinsburg, was charged with three counts of sexual assault within the 2nd diploma, three counts of sexual assault within the third diploma, 4 counts of sexual abuse by mother or father, guardian, custodian or individual able of belief, two counts of distribute or show obscene matter to a minor, two counts of soliciting a minor through a pc and sexual abuse within the first diploma.
• Aster Carl Moore III, 50, of Martinsburg, was charged with third offense home assault and brandishing a lethal weapon.
• Damion Lee Moore, 38, of Inwood, was charged with individual prohibited from possession of a firearm and prohibited individual carrying hid firearm.
• Jacob Robert Nelson, 32, of Hedgesville, was charged with three counts of sexual abuse within the 1st diploma, 4 counts of sexual abuse by mother or father, guardian, custodian or individual able of belief and sexual assault within the 2nd diploma.
• Brian Keith Noll, 49, of Hedgesville, was charged with supply of a managed substance leading to loss of life, conspiracy to ship managed substances, misdemeanor illegal possession of a firearm, hid carry of weapon by felon and possession with intent to ship methamphetamine.
• Tyliq Kevon Norris, 24, of Martinsburg, was charged with tried homicide, malicious wounding, wanton endangerment and two counts of use of a firearm in the course of the fee of a felony.
• Alyssa Brie Norton, 31, of Inwood, was charged with distribution of docaine base.
• Felisha Annamae Oscar, 35, of Woodbridge, Virginia, was charged with supply of fentanyl and possession with intent to ship fentanyl.
• Zekhi Yael Pairidaeza, 24, of Martinsburg, was charged with homicide and use of a firearm in the course of the fee of a felony.
• Jessy Ray Palmer, 30, of Bunker Hill, was charged with possession with intent to distribute cocaine, conspiracy to possession with intent to distribute cocaine, possession with intent to distribute fentanyl, conspiracy to possession with intent to distribute fentanyl, possession with intent to distribute heroin, conspiracy to possession with intent to distribute heroin, possession with intent to distribute tramadol, conspiracy to possession with intent to distribute tramadol, possession with intent to distribute marijuana, conspiracy to possession with intent to distribute marijuana and possession of a managed substance in jail by an inmate.
• Justin Michael Pennington, 28, of Winchester, Virginia, was charged with tried malicious assault on a authorities consultant, two counts of wanton endangerment, felony possession of stolen property, conspiracy to switch stolen property, grand larceny, individual prohibited from possessing a firearm, home battery and home assault.
• Achann Christin Phillips, 31, of Martinsburg, was charged with strangulation and 2nd offense home battery.
• Michele Donnella Richardson-Merritt, 34, of Martinsburg, was charged with fraudulent declare to insurance coverage firm.

• Delmer Seal a/okay/a Delmar Seal, 38, of Harpers Ferry, was charged with two counts of possession with intent to ship heroin, two counts of possession with intent to ship fentanyl, possession with intent to ship methamphetamine, six counts of conspiracy to ship managed substances, three counts of transporting a managed substance into the state, three counts of conspiracy to commit transporting a managed substance into the state and possession with intent to ship xylazine.
• Stephanie Marie Sellers, 35, of Harpers Ferry, was charged with two counts of possession with intent to ship heroin, two counts of possession with intent to ship fentanyl, possession with intent to ship methamphetamine, six counts of conspiracy to ship managed substances, three counts of transporting a managed substance into the state, three counts of conspiracy to commit transporting a managed substance into the state, possession with intent to ship xylazine and driving revoked for DUI.
• Kyle Andrew Sensel, 23, of Falling Waters, was charged with sexual assault within the third diploma.
• Jessica Lynn Smitherman, 38, of Martinsburg, was charged with possession with intent to ship fentanyl and conspiracy to ship managed substances.
• Jason Wayne Socks, 45, of Clear Spring, Maryland, was charged with possession with intent to ship psilocyn and possession with intent to ship marijuana.
• Warren Eugene Stewart II, 41, of Martinsburg, was charged with malicious wounding, strangulation, home battery and illegal restraint.
• Elizabeth Ann Stinson, 45, of Inwood, was charged with monetary exploitation of an aged or incapacitated individual and two counts of fraudulent use of an entry gadget.
• Michael Douglas Stotler, 33, of Martinsburg, was charged with fleeing from a regulation enforcement officer whereas DUI, fleeing from a regulation enforcement officer with reckless indifference, failure to obey a visitors management gadget, left of middle, refusal to fingerprint and possession of marijuana.
• Paul Allen Stotler Jr., 45, of Winchester, Virginia, was charged with housebreaking and possession with intent to ship methamphetamine.
• William Howard Streett, 53, of Kenwood, California, was charged with possession with intent to ship methamphetamine.
• Joseph Paul Stull, 34, of Martinsburg, was charged with gross baby neglect creating substantial danger of great bodily harm and possession of a managed substance.
• Brenda Lee Tracy, 58, of Hedgesville, was charged with conspiracy to ship managed substances.
• Ronald Dale Whetzel, 29, of Martinsburg, was charged with two counts of distribution of methamphetamine, three counts of conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine and grand larceny.
• Amber Daybreak Whitt, 32, of Cross Junction, Virginia, was charged with possession with intent to distribute fentanyl, conspiracy to possession with intent to distribute fentanyl, possession with intent to distribute heroin, conspiracy to possession with intent to distribute heroin and two counts of transporting a managed substance into jail.
• Taylor Lee Whorton, 21, of Martinsburg, was charged with sexual assault within the third diploma, manufacturing of kid pornography and possession of kid pornography.
• Jason Wayne Socks, 45, of Clear Spring, Maryland was charged with possession with intent to ship psilocyn and possession with intent to ship marijuana.
• Chasity Latoshia Williams-Peach, 37, of Inwood, was charged with three counts of transporting a managed substance into the state, three counts of conspiracy to commit transporting a managed substance into the state, possession with intent to ship fentanyl, possession with intent to ship cocaine, possession with intent to ship xylazine and three counts of conspiracy to ship managed substance.
• Christopher Jordan Wilson, 28, of Falling Waters, was charged with possession with intent to distribute fentanyl, possession with intent to ship heroin, possession with intent to ship buprenorphine, driving suspended third offense and two counts of obstructing an officer.
• Daquan Jaykarie Woodley, 21, of Martinsburg, was charged with kidnapping, two counts of use of a firearm in the course of the fee of a felony, malicious wounding, possession with intent to distribute marijuana and wanton Eendangerment.
