One BlueSG buyer has stated that the $9,200 invoice he acquired after entering into an accident final June is unfair. 

Ryan Chow, 24, instructed AsiaOne on Friday (Nov 3) that it could price a fraction of the quantity to exchange the broken car elements himself.

However Chow was left shell-shocked when BlueSG handed him a invoice in August final yr asking for an quantity that he deemed exorbitant for two damaged car plates.

He instructed AsiaOne that he has not paid the invoice, including that BlueSG first despatched him a reminder to take action final October.

Responding to AsiaOne’s queries, Jenny Lim, head of BlueSG’s Singapore workplace, refuted Chow’s accusation in regards to the $9,200 prices. 

She stated that the $8,000 was for “inexperienced drivers entry”, which is for claims paid by BlueSG to 3rd events – the supply rider on this case – for private harm or property injury.
