BRISTOL – Bristol police have charged a person in a hit-and-run.
Police mentioned Bristol resident Ryan Flannigan, 31, faces expenses in reference to an accident reported on March 15, on Farmington Avenue, in entrance of the Bristol Commons Plaza, round 2:15 p.m.
