BEND, Ore. (KTVZ) – When police tried to drag him over, a driver with out headlights bailed out of his shifting automotive and into the comb on Bend’s north finish Tuesday night time, resulting in his arrest and a search of his automotive that discovered methamphetamine, police mentioned.
Officers noticed the white Honda Civic heading south on North Freeway 97 with out headlights on, Sgt. Wes Murphy mentioned. The driving force, later recognized as a 23-year-old Bend man, pulled into The Riverhouse car parking zone and stored driving towards the west finish of the car parking zone.
When he was about 20 yards from the top of the car parking zone, the driving force jumped out of the shifting automotive, did a somersault and bumped into the comb, Murphy mentioned. The automotive stored rolling at about 25 mph till he went into the landscaping, struck a small tree and stopped.

The driving force gave officers consent to go looking the automotive. With the assistance of Officer Robert Pennock and his Ok-9 associate, Ladybug, officers discovered meth, drug paraphernalia and packaging.
The person was taken to the Deschutes County Jail and lodged on fees together with meth possession and supply, felony and misdemeanor fleeing or making an attempt to elude police, reckless driving, reckless endangering and an excellent warrant on a parole violation for second-degree assault and meth possession, Murphy mentioned.
