A 38-year-old Davenport man was held in Scott County Jail on Saturday after officers say he led an Iowa State Trooper on a high-speed chase earlier than hitting a patrol automobile.
Homer Christner faces felony expenses of second-degree prison mischief and eluding, together with misdemeanor expenses of two counts of driving whereas barred, two counts of interference with official acts – bodily harm, having no insurance coverage, OWI – second offense, placing an unattended car, having no insurance coverage and having no registration.
