WASHINGTON – Tesla Inc filed a petition with U.S. auto security regulators saying that 612,000 autos produced since 2012 don’t absolutely adjust to federal security requirements as a result of shows may be switched from miles per hour to solely metric measurements, paperwork launched on Friday present.
