Accenture and IIT Madras’ CAAR introduce skilling programme for SDVs, ET Auto

Accenture and IIT Madras’ CAAR join forces to offer specialised automotive skilling programmes via Accenture’s LearnVantage SDV Academy.
Accenture and IIT Madras’ CAAR be a part of forces to supply specialised automotive skilling programmes through Accenture’s LearnVantage SDV Academy.

Accenture and the Centre of Excellence in Superior Automotive Analysis (CAAR), established by IIT Madras, have introduced a strategic collaboration to ship specialised skilling programmes for the automotive sector by Accenture’s LearnVantage Software program-Outlined Car (SDV) Academy.

The initiative is designed to equip automotive OEMs and International Functionality Facilities (GCCs) with a talented workforce able to growing next-generation software-defined autos. These autos, integrating cutting-edge applied sciences like superior driver help techniques, connectivity, infotainment, and electrical/digital architectures, are reshaping the worldwide automotive panorama.

“With the {industry} shifting towards software-defined autos, the necessity for digital-native expertise in AI, machine studying, cybersecurity, and security techniques has by no means been better,” stated Kishore Durg, International Lead, Accenture LearnVantage.

Academia-industry mannequin

CAAR goals to bridge the hole between tutorial analysis and industrial functions within the automotive sector. Commenting on the collaboration, Prof. Krishnan Balasubramanian, Professor-in-Cost at CAAR, stated, “This partnership is a singular academia-industry mannequin to upskill the next-generation workforce in SDVs.”

Concentrating on automotive know-how professionals, the programme presents a mix of self-paced and IIT Madras instructor-led coaching. The curriculum contains modules on embedded techniques, automotive security, cybersecurity, cloud virtualisation, edge computing, and {industry} requirements equivalent to AUTOSAR and ASPICE. The programs are delivered in an interactive, hands-on format with knowledgeable teaching.
