when your battery is low the battery shouldn’t be giving energy AND the engine is charging the battery, certainly that is not an excellent place to be.
eg in case you are on the autobahn or the interstate doing 200kph, you are simply lugging lifeless weight 90% of the time as soon as the battery is now not giving energy? no?
anyway – no hybrid for me. pure ICE and pure EVs for me. every to their very own i suppose
