New Delhi: Petrol gross sales rose 2.8% year-on-year in September whereas diesel dropped 2%, signalling a slowdown in India’s oil demand. Liquefied petroleum gasoline (LPG), used primarily for cooking within the nation, rose 1%, based on the oil ministry knowledge.
Within the April-August interval, diesel gross sales rose 1% year-on-year, petrol 8% and LPG 7%.
