A Barrie man’s do-it-yourself licence plates alerted keen-eyed officers to his car that police say had been concerned in an earlier incident.
Provincial police with the Huronia West detachment responded to a name about some property injury attributable to a car at a enterprise on County Highway 90 in Springwater Township Sunday afternoon.
Police say the driving force left the scene, however they had been in a position to watch video footage of the incident and noticed the car with laminated color photocopies for license plates travelling alongside County Highway 90 a short while later.
