New Delhi: Shriram Transport Finance Firm on Thursday stated its board has declared a second interim dividend of Rs 6 per share for 2020-21. That is along with the primary dividend of Rs 6 per share declared by the board on October 29, 2020, and paid to the eligible shareholders on November 26, Shriram Transport stated in a regulatory submitting.
“The board of administrators of the corporate at their assembly held on March 25, 2021, accepted declaration of the second interim dividend of Rs 6 per fairness share of Rs 10 every totally paid up (60 %) for the monetary yr 2020-21,” the corporate stated.
It stated it has fastened April 6 because the report date for fee of the second interim dividend, topic to deduction of tax at supply, to eligible shareholders.
