The Nationwide Insurance coverage Fee (NIC) on Thursday eleventh March 2021 on the Police Headquarters, donated 500 World Open Trunking Structure (GOTA) Telephones to the Motor Visitors and Transport Division (MTTD) of the Ghana Police Service, to assist curb the menace of auto with faux insurance coverage stickers plying our roads, endangering lives, and property.
The Commissioner of Insurance coverage, Dr. Justice Ofori stated the donation marks an ideal milestone within the Fee’s endeavour to fulfil its mandate which is to make sure efficient administration, supervision, regulation, monitoring and management of the enterprise of insurance coverage policyholders and the insurance coverage trade.
COP Mr. Frederick Adu-Anim, MTTD’s Director-Common expressed gratitude to the Fee, including that, “the assist obtained from the NIC previously has been phenomenal, particularly within the Coaching of Trainers programme for 400 Police Officers on the insurance coverage database.
